Don’t go here unless you want to pay out of pocket — they can’t file insurance claims properly or honor their own contract with the insurance company. Since August, I’ve called at least five times, sent multiple emails, and even tried to speak to the office manager Mrs Lee in person. My insurance company has also tried to contact her three times, with no response. Instead of fixing their mistakes, the office keeps telling me to “call the insurance company.” They even sent my lab work to an out-of-network vendor and tried to bill me for the full amount. When I spoke with Dr. Diaz, she said it “wasn’t her concern.” She might be kind, but she failed to act as a patient advocate. This office shows poor communication, mismanagement, and no responsibility for patient billing errors. I’ve canceled my appointments and will not return.

My mother went to see Dr. Christensen on July 1. He is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. He put it on point what was wrong with her and recommended that the hospital was the best option. He was so right. Mom was admitted and was there for 6 days. She is now back at home, doing and feeling much better than she did at the time of admission. Thank you Dr. Christensen for being understanding, patient and being real with her (and me)

I was a patient of Dr. Elhasson for over 15 yrs loved the place when she was there. Ever since she left which has been many months now I have not been able to use MyChart. The tests and procedures I was in the middle of .... Just stopped ... The office now has rude staff and no one helps in any way. The doctors are good if you can get to them. Sadly the place I trusted my medical care to for so many yrs has turned into a nightmare. I was involved in a car accident which caused a Tbi... Dr El hasson was on top of my health..she left the practice and the remaining staff just left me with no care. If you have long term illness or effects I would not recommend this place.

Awful! Do not start going here My boyfriend is in so much pain and has to have doctor referral for his hip replacement and twice now he went to see his doctor and wasn't able to. Today he had appt. @ 1:15 and drove all the way there and was told the nurse called him to cancel it. We weren't given any reason as to why they couldnt see him. He didn't ever receive a call or email to let him know and now he's having to wait even longer and he can barely walk because he's in so much pain. Its ruining his life. They don't seem to care at all or they would have found a way to get him seen today or offer him more options. These people need to reevaluate how to run there office.

Very Poor Diabetes and Chronic Health mgt. I was diagnosed with Type2 Diabetes 2yrs ago and was simply told to lose weight! I received NO education about my illness until I joined a Diabetes mgt program at work. I was stunned to learn I should have been monitoring my blood sugar and on meds given my A1c levels! I wasn’t given ANY medication at all. Again, I was simply told by Dr. El Hasan to lose weight. When I asked for a different doctor, I got a letter advising me since I didn’t trust my doctor and because I asked to be treated by another staff physician, I should take my business elsewhere! I couldn’t believe what I was reading! I called and asked for the Business Mgr. explained my concerns and she told me my chart said my condition was “controlled”. This was the very first time since my diagnosis 2 yrs ago I was told my condition was “controlled” and I had to hear it from the Business Office! Well my new physician didn’t think A1c of 7.2 was “controlled!” Now I have a Dexcon 7 and meds along with a team that’s working hard to get my health in track.
